My experiments with cellular modifications has also led me to make great advances in biotechnology: I had succesfully crossed human DNA with insect DNA.

However, the resulting creature had not been that strong and not at all intelligent.

I realized that biotechnology had possibilities but it's development would take decades. I decided to program a supercomputer to continue mixing DNA. Then I could assimilate my androids with cells modified to combine the DNA's with the cellular resistance of carbon microfilaments.

To collect the DNA samples he will use small spy robots.

Is this mean we may see a version of Cell from both U3 and U9 who will not look the same as canon since both Freeza and Cold are dead in those universes?
