Si je peux me permettre il y a une petite faute dans la première bulle.

En effet il est écrit "Nous ne pouvons que constaté ..." or dans cette phrase on pourrait remplacer le verbe "constater" par "vendre" (Nous ne pouvons que vendre") par conséquent le verbe doit être laissé à l'infinitif. La forme correcte serait donc :

"Nous ne pouvons que constater ..."
