Dear Mr. President,

After only a few days the news is all over the media, a new investigative branch of the United States of Europe Department of Justice has been formed.

It is no secret that has been copied almost entirely from the same Federal research model used in the United States of America since 1908. The F.B.I. (Federal Bureau of Investigation). If something works, why fix it?

Brussels has become the final Capital of Europe. (That does not , of course, mean it is the richest and most powerful city in Europe, it's just like the city of Washington D.C. but in Europe).

Just as in the U.S., this will hinder our work when we act in Europe. Nothing defeats a country divided better than to work in the dark.

Yet our status as a Non-Governmental Organization (understood as "Being lawful and having the willingness to participate in a community through self-regulatory, inclusive, peaceful and responsible action with the goal of optimizing the public welfare."), plus our "friendship" with PRC, will allow us to work freely throughout the territory without too many explanations.

Great Wall of China, is the world's largest cemetery, ABOUT 10 MILLION WORKERS ARE BURIED NEAR HERE.

After the World Crisis of 2008, China became the largest lender to Europe to end it.

The main investigative branch of the Department of Justice of the United States of Europe. The EFBI headquarters is located in Brussels and there are 56 local offices located in major cities in the United States of Europe, as well as more than 400 resident agencies in smaller cities and towns, and more than 50 international offices called "Legal Diplomacy" in the USE embassies of various countries.

OBJECTIVES:
1. Protect the USE from terrorist attacks.
2. Protect the USE from foreign intelligence operations and espionage.
3. Protect the USE from cyber attacks and high technology crimes.
4. Combat corruption of public services services at all levels.
5. Protect civil rights.
6. Combat organizations and enterprises both national and international of criminal origin or character.
7. Combat white collar crime, corporate fraud, financial fraud, identity theft etc.
8. Combat violent public disturbance.
9. Support federal, state, local and international partner organizations.
10. Improve its technology to ensure success of their actions.
