La destruction du Sanctuaire sous-marin a délivré le dieu des Vents Eole, l'ennemi millénaire de l'Empereur des Mers, Poséidon. Bien que ce dernier soit enfermé dans l´urne d'Athéna, il lui reste encore une carte à jouer pour contrer son adversaire de toujours...

A 15 ans, Ulrich est un jeune lycéen qui n'a très peu de loisirs, voir aucun. Il a une vie très terne et insipide et passe la plupart de son temps tout seul à broyer du noir, jusqu'au jour où il va essayer le jeu SSBU. Il va alors se découvrir une sorte de passion autour de ce jeu et passera beaucoup de temps dessus pour essayer de devenir un Top Player.
