I let my pencil 'take a walk' yesterday evening while producing a Bata Neart page, and it ended up drawing this very fluid movement shot of a girl falling.
I'm both very pleased and annoyed by this. I'm very pleased it turned out so well, but I'm annoyed that I can't do this kind of thing 'on-purpose' when I draw :D
Not to worry though...I'll probably screw it up while inking!! :D

This year, Bata Neart will be making it's 10th Anniversary! Shockingly enough the first comic I ever stuck with, started all the way back in 2003. I'm still trying to figure out the exact date I first created the idea for the comic, but in the meantime does anyone have a suggestion on how to mark the event?

Bussing to the mystery party! I kind of like how some of the page turned out, particuarly the busses, which I had adapted from the two I had modelled in the last page. I also make one serious continuity mistake in the top left panel. The last page rightly suggests that Back Office is set [...]
