Simple Eye Tutorial

**NOTE** This is not for TOTAL SAI BEGINNERS. you need to be familiar with basic SAI tools before using this tutorial.

I've been using this style since August last year. (2012). Hope this tutotial helps. I made it detailed as much as I can.
