Folsom (06) ~ The yearly Folsom Street Fair in San Francisco has evolved from a mostly gay and nude community event to include anyone who wants to get naked and sexually express themselves publicly. It includes lots of leather drag, costumes, nudity, sex, and porn venders. Here is one nude participant who seems all tied up. In January, 2013, the San Francisco City Commission changed its public nudity statutes, making public nudity illegal with a hundred dollar fine. We shall see what happens at the Folsom Street Fair and the Dore Alley Fair in the Summer of 2013.
