When people tell me they are afraid they gained weight because they ate 1 bad meal When people tell me they dont drink a lot of water because they dont want to gain the water weight When people tell me that high fructose corn syrup is good for you because it comes from real corn When people tell me they dont lift weights because they dont want to get all bulky When people tell me they refuse to eat fruit because it is too high in sugar When people tell me they dont eat nuts because they cause acne When people tell me they are gonna use diet pills to lose weight. When people tell me they plan to stick to under 1200 calories a day to lose weight. When people tell me I shouldnt be eating this slice of cake because Im on a diet When people thing being skinny is all that matters. When people tell me theyre only eating one meal a day to lose weight. And/or skipping breakfast. When people tell me: oh taste this, its low in calories and low in fat!
