Ahhhhh! Guys! Okay. So. I’ve always been too fat to shop at Target for clothes. Today I went hoping to buy some shorts. I used to be a size 14 so out of habit I grabbed a size 13 and then in the different styles I grabbed sizes 12 and 10 as well because now I’m typically a size 10. WELL. I tried on one of the size 10 shorts and had to ask my mom to run out and get me. a. smaller. size. WHAT?! I didn’t end up buying any size 8s and the particular cut/style that I bought was more fitting in an 11 but they were about the same size as the 8s in the other style. I have a slight muffin top because I wanted to shop tight since I’m not done losing weight yet but BEHOLD: My first pair of short shorts EVER. I legitimately could cry right now. I almost did in the changing room. AHH! I’m so so happy. And to celebrate, I bought a SELF magazine. Today I went out to lunch and instead of chips for a side I got fresh fruit and I got a sandwich instead of pizza. :) I knew you guys would be proud of that. And water, of course! So now I look forward to fitting in these sexy little white shorts. I’m on my way!!
