Yeah it might be better if phrased differently. I mean seeing as Bongo and Gerkin(?) are the only ones there and Bongo didn't do it, then it's kinda obvious that Gerkin did it. Maybe though it would be better to phrase it as "You killed Chiaotzu, didn't you? You bastard!".

Maybe the way you worded it works better in Spanish, but in English it just sounds really awkward. I mean the way it's worded sounds like he doesn't know that Gerkin did it, but it's pretty obvious Gerkin did it and that Tien is just asking for confirmation.
