Hemispeshere is a really cool manga. What a shame that we can read it only on this very lame website called amilova.
The content of amilova is very cool, but it is soooooo slow and absolutely not user friendly.
I am pretty sure that if Emisphere had his own website (like DBM) with regular update, there would be a loooot of people who would follow it and comment on it.

its not how he walks (or shaves) thats odd, I have seen plenty of orcs that walk like that, its more his looks, its rather clean and civiliced, and also how he speaks, moust orcs are rather poor at speaking the human language :P

edit: now that I tink about it he looks like an half-orc to my eyes :|

At my eyes, I think that he may have human blood running into his veins, and maybe proper human education, but not enough genes to make him half-orc. Looks too bestial yet for a half-human.
