i don't see harp winning here
in terms of power levels vegeta has the upper hand
this vegeta should be equal to when he was on namek at the start of the namek sage
with a PL of 24000 (240000 GA Form)
we can assume harp here is somewhere between sayian invasion - vegeta saga piccolo (3500) and maybe worlds strongest piccolo (8000) so he should be around 5500 (hypothetical speaking
multiply that by 3 should be 16500 (he ain't got no chance) vegeta (if he fights seriously) will win no big ass monkey needed OR IS IT!!!

Well this is probably gonna be a team effort like it was with Cui. Then later he'll go Oozaru and then at that point we'll just have to see how Chewys plays it from there because against Oozaru Vegeta it should be an unwinnable fight, unless they figure out the weakness of Oozaru somehow.

Nono, Haarp is a little above 7000 (see Kiwi´s scouter). So a Kaiokenx3 should put him at the level of Dodoria... of course, still not enough against Vegeta, of course. But, with a little surprise factor and some team work, who knows... maybe they can like- not die right away XD

Hey there!!

Actually it's Universe 9, not 3. And it's true they say Kaioken next level or Maximum Level in the Tournament. They Will, in time acquire tremendous Level... But right now they just learned it and call it like Goku did, Kaioken, kaiokenx2, x3 and so on.
