Well, several things to comment on. First, go read Dragon Ball Hakai which is awesome. The demon world panels are from that fancomic: https://dbhakai.com/

Moori wasn´t thar hospitable at all... poor Freezer, he was a guest and was treated very roughly. At first he even faked he didn´t understand the language.
