This does not make much sense.If vegeta at 24000 toyed with dodoria who is like 22000?Then finished him off with some ki attack which was not even his strongest or fully powered move.Kikoho is the strongest ki attack there is if you compare it to anything else at same level.Tien 55000 with kikoho that hits opponent stunned that has a power level of 42000.There is no way he should be alive let alone be so unhurt and fight back like that.And i dont see how he can dodge after being hit so hard while not looking and defending from a guy with a power level much higher.
