Remember U3's Saiyans are much stronger seeing as Bardock and Vegeta are already Super Saiyans. I believe Chewys already established that the strongest of the Saiyans on Earth has either 60K or 80K. Piccolo took out Raditz in this series whos about 1.2 or 1.4k (Can't remember) quite easily, making Piccolo AT LEAST 3 or 4k power level. As of now we can assume Piccolo being somewhere between 3k-22k, which could potentially make him much stronger than any saiyan (Consindering Vegeta was 18k when he went to Earth).
