Saw a broken sign that said 'Tokyo International Poot Office' and started laughing because I'm five.

“Absolutely, yes. While sake was more popular with the other monks (Sagiri seemed to drink more often when my performance was lacking), I personally prefer barley shochu. It’s not quite as sweet and has many health benefits.”

- Shochu is a distilled Japanese liquor that’s a bit stronger than sake. It’s been favored for its medical benefits since the Edo period and can even help prevent heart attacks. It’s pretty similar to Korean soju, which is more commonly known overseas.

So I totally forgot how awesome Scrivener is. Up until recently I was using Google Docs for Karasu because I could easily edit it on the train or on breaks at work, but it was constantly frustrating me. When I’m disconnected, I can’t write, and if I want different chapter sections I have to make a million side documents to hold them. Then I remembered a program a writer friend recommended to me years ago and switched over. THIS THING IS AWESOME (unfortunately not free though sorry).  But yeah now all my tons of notes are actually organized, yay!
