Is this chapter gonna lead us to where U3 & U9 differ: The point where King Piccolo wins in U3 and in U9 loses?

Universe 9 and Universe 3 are already separated: In U3 Bardock lead a saiyan rebellion and killed Freezer,forging a Saiyan Empire. Kakarrott was never sent to Earth and is living in that empire (Dragon Ball Multiverse special "The saiyans Rebellion)
Chewys 25/06/2017 05:47:45In U9 Cooler killed Kakarrott as a baby as you saw here and that event resulted in the foundation of the Cooler empire.
But, for the time being, the result on Earth was the same: Goku never existed. That is why Earth´s events happen the same in both Universes so far.

Seeing as the events are happening the same for the time being, there is still another divergence point for Earth in U3 & U9 then. Somewhere during the beginning year or two of King Piccolo's reign I'd imagine. I'm asking if this will lead to that divergence where in U3 King Piccolo would continue his reign and in U9 the U9 Z Fighters would defeat him.

oh, and the dragon is fucked apparently, that's no good, the only way they could fix that is if they went to namek early.
