Did you just make a "just saiyan" pun variation there? If so, you should've just said "just Saiyan". If you misspelled "saying", then you should probably fix that.

PICCOLO IS OUR SAVIOR!!

The first time we saw a scouter break in DBZ was when it reached about ~20k. Piccolo took out Raditz in this series whos about 1.2 or 1.4k (Can't remember) quite easily, making Piccolo AT LEAST 3 or 4k power level.
As of now we can assume Piccolo being somewhere between 3k-22k, which could potentially make him much stronger than any saiyan (Consindering Vegeta was 18k when he went to Earth). This is however based on very loose terms and could easily change :-)
I think the author Chewys has done extremely well on this chapter in particular - as of now, everything seems both reasonable and unpredictable (well, we know how it's going to end, but still ;-) )

I agree with you about Chewys having done a great job on this chapter, but not about Saiyans having DBZ PLs. Remember U3's Saiyans are much stronger seeing as Bardock and Vegeta are already Super Saiyans. I believe Chewys already established that the strongest of the Saiyans on Earth has either 60K or 80K.

I know this is an old comment, but just want to point out that Kami told Popo previously that the weakest of the Saiyan invaders was about 20x stronger than them. And Raditz scouter picked up one of them, assuming Kami since he said it was the strongest power level on the planet, at 300. So that means the weakest of the Saiyans, presumably Raditz, was around 6k, slightly stronger than Nappa after powering up, but just weaker than when he used his full power against Goku. So I think it actually makes sense for these Saiyans to be somewhere between the level of Raditz, and base Vegeta. I certainly don't see them being stronger than Dodoria & Zarbon.
