Their strenght should be the same, and the canon story told us they used to be rival.
This could be an interesting fight indeed.

I thought that Cui is supposed to be around 4,000PL units stronger than Vegeta and these are in the days that a few thousand units is a bit thing as Vegeta in canon defeated Cui with a single attack when Vegeta was around 2,000PL units stronger.

It would be a good fight, but there should not be many images for collagen. Vegeta must attack in cowardice.

They are both around 18.000. Just like in the manga.
Raditz was stronger because some people rebelled against Cooler when he took over the empire, and he wasn't strong enough to hack it through those rebellions, unlike Vegeta and Nappa, who didn't break a sweat.
