Now I wonder how they get to Namek and how there version of the Namek saga will be with Cooler taking Frieza's place plus the Cooler's Armored Squadron insted of the Ginyu Force.

I was afraid of that - I guess Namek wouldnt be the same without Vegeta - he will eventually get killed by coller who would eventually be killed by Yamcha 17 I guess - and I guess HArp will go there with Kururin instead of Gohan?... and Yamcha will be the last minute savior instead of Goku... all lines up pretty nice the only thing is - how are they going to find out about Namek in the first place...

I had a feeling that Vegeta was still alive. It turns out I was right. It didn’t sit well with me that the Saiyan prince would be simply vaporized and forgotten about forever. Whether you love him or hate him, he’s one of the most titular characters in the series.

Excuse the all caps, but seriously I for whatever reason didn't even think about "what if he survived?". Well, assuming he does survive, that at least presents a simple solution to the Cooler problem, doesn't mean it'll be the solution we get though.
