These English candy stores always seem to strike me the same way.

In their display cases, everything seems so sweet, so colourful, so gelled, so timeless.

Sweets mummyfied in sugar, however that works.

I have to wonder if vampires like sweet blood?

I guess they do.

Somehow, I missed them, without ever noticing.

Their sweetness is sickening.

They taste like the past.
