if you are having trouble putting on weight then your body is lacking vitamins, minerals and/or certain bulky foods. I would suggest that you buy some multi-vitamins tablets (they have minerals too) to everyone, you most certainly don’t get enough nutrients in your day-today life and this will make you look and feel much better.

Consuming the right food is essential, if you want to bulk up then I suggest eating more foods with protein, carbohydrates and vegetables to contain it. But don’t neglect your bones, make sure you have calcium and to drink plenty of water to constantly resupply and cleanse your body.
