If you want to know the ending, you’ll have to stick with me. Honestly, the story hasn’t even really started yet. Also, in this ‘world,’ tengu and humans aren’t capable of reproducing. Tengu lay eggs and humans give live birth and it would be just way too weird (as if their relationship isn’t weird to begin with).

As for the cliffhanger, I was actually planning on writing a few more pages in that chapter but the thought of torturing people with that ending was just too appealing. There’s a special place in hell for writers like me.
