Petit synopsis pour les lecteurs :
Un an après les évènements en Karya, Shark est témoin d'un changement radical de la société des dôgens qui voient l'erection de la montagne par l'élément noir comme un signe divin.
C'est alors qu'il est contacté par son ex petite amie, Zellie, qui semble avoir de nouveaux indices concernant les origines du monde. Shark part alors en compagnie de Blob et Zellie pour percer les secrets de Ritoh, le Premier Dôgen.
