So, Chewys to end this question, will the other smaller Earth fighters like Nam, Pamprut, King Chappa, Hercules, Ranfan, etc. find a place in training or it is too little too late for them to be of any strategic use?

I think this will be revealed once Yamcha and Roshi meet with Kami at The Lookout. It's a really great idea that I brought up on Tuesday's page, but it's actually not my original idea.
I actually got this idea from "The Legend of Mr. Satan" story, a fan-comic where Mr Satan competes in the 23rd Budokai and becomes a Z-Fighter after befriending Goku. During the comic, he eventually starts his own dojo and recruits fighters on Earth to train and become part of Earth's defense force.

We have seen Mr. Satan appear in all three Tenkaichi Budokais so far, and I immediately thought back to this fan-comic and the idea with it.

Cool, that idea of yours reminded me of an "What if" from Masako X titled; "WHAT IF HERCULE TRAINED LIKE GOKU" which has been divided into 4 parts so far is one of the best and if of DBZ.

I love that What-If and it's actually one I suggested to Masako myself a while back before he ever made the first part, but based off who he said suggested the idea to him, I'm assuming someone else suggested it before me OR he never saw my original suggestion on a YouTube video of his and someone else who had seen my idea on that YouTube video's comment section re-pitched the idea to him and he did see that person's suggestion. Though honestly I don't care about getting credited cuz I just suggest ideas for What-IFs to Masako via various methods including the latest best methods of his SubReddit and the What-IF Round Tables.

Honestly even though I don't care for the credit at all, I still feel proud and honored when he makes a What-IF series about something he probably had gotten the idea from one of my suggestions. Honestly who wouldn't feel proud and honored that Masako liked their What-IF idea so much that he made a new What-IF series based around it. Anyways he actually said his "What-IF Goku Landed at Capsule Corp?" was one that was suggested to him during a Round Table Livestream and well I suggested a such a What-IF like 4-6 weeks ago and he did say he got the idea from a Round Table suggestion around like a few weeks back (he either directly says it or indirectly says this cuz I recall him Saiyan it took like a month or so to come up with a good script for how the What-IF would pan out meaning he got the suggestion likely at least 4 weeks prior to posting the video), so I think that one was from my idea that I suggested during a Round Table Livestream.

so wheres mr popo in U9? will he be killed again some time later?

Mr. Popo is actually present in Salagir's official U9 Special, so he should be able to make a comeback with a wish from Shenron! Besides, poor old Kami will have much tougher job taking care of the Lookout and overseeing the Earth without his friend.

If both Tien and Krillin learn the spirit bomb, would it charge faster if they both were to use it?

i doubt they were able to learn genki dama, kaio himself said its very difficult and goku is so far as we know the only one

So did you have Mr Popo die here because you thought the only way that the humans could defeat really strong characters like Cooler was if Mr Popo trained under King Kai and therefore likely learned the Kaio-ken and maybe the Spirit Bomb too? Do you work under the assumption that Mr Popo must have crazy high potential and if he learned the Kaio-ken he could reach pretty high PLs while using higher levels of Kaio-ken and/or maybe his body is more capable of withstanding the strain of the Kaio-ken.

Now I'm not asking for Spoilers about whether or not Mr Popo will be the one to defeat Cooler to reassert himself high up in the pecking order. That said I guess maybe I am asking for Spoilers about whether or not you think Popo has crazy high potential to reach super high levels of power and withstand the Kaio-ken better than the Earthlings or even Goku from U18.

In fact the most powerful characters in UNIVERSE 9 are Yamcha and Chi-Chi, after all they were transformed into Android 17 and Android 18 in this universe] [dimension of this DBM derivative. Of course, without regard to the Power of Tenshinhan (which is currently unknown), and of Videl, are also those of the surviving Sayajins of this universe, and the God of Destruction [only they are not mortal]. The most powerful mortals on earth are still the same Androids, so far known.
