Before and after weight loss. These pics were taken less than a year apart. Left on a cruise on March 2012 and right is January 2013. I did get out of a bad break up so I was depressed but I did lots of cardio on the eliptical for about 45 min, 3 times a week and didn’t eat any fast food. I also took pre workout out C4 and that helped me stay longer on the elipitcal and sweat.
Don’t mind my old broken bed in the back lol! I got a new one thank god :)
