{Protein-Packed Peanut Butter Dip}
This peanut butter dip goes great with fruit, celery, pretzels, or graham crackers, and with 8 grams of protein per serving it will keep you full until your next meal.
Servings: 6 (1/4 cup each)
Ingredients
6 Tbsp all natural peanut butter
1 6 oz container Greek vanilla yogurt
4 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients and mix together by hand or with a mixer.
2. Refrigerate until you need a snack.
Nutrition info per serving: 135 calories, 8 g fat (1.5 g sat fat), 8 g pro, 8 g carb, 1 g fiber
