i expected him 2 be still alive, but if going of the manga, he still should be able 2 stand up and somewhat fight after all he is a Saiya-jin, unless the attack went through his spinal cord and the nerve endings r all broken, but he should be able 2 fly

Im still disagree with you, Vegeta wasnt able to fight after letting Krilin do something similar to him in the Frieza saga and after that attack, Vegeta was in the ground all the time until Dende healed him

A saiyan more durable than human, yes, but still they are not like namekians, Cell or Buu.

but those 3 r can heal themselves, something diff. Vegeta was still able 2 fight after it, but that would be completely stupid and Vegeta wanted Dende 2 heal him because of the zenkai boost, so that would be the smarter move

he was flying towards and walked towards Dende, he didn't crawl. plus in the fight with Piccolo jr, Goku could still fly as well and he was shot near heart

Thats not true, He wasnt flying, the first time, he was walking very slowly and after Dende refused, he collapsed.

The second time Piccolo convinced Dende to heal him and Vegeta was in the ground.

The fight against Piccolo Jr was very diferent, yeah Goku flew but seem he just did that to go higher and later he fell to collide against Piccolo, was his last chance, becasue Goku wasnt in condition to fight, lucky him, Piccolo was weakened too.

In both cases none of the saiyans where in condition to fight, specially againts a stronger enemy

Goku purpossly let himself fall, but if Goku can at least still fly after a far worse wounds than Toma should easily be able 2 do same. on Vegeta did fly 1st towards him and as far as i know didn't collapse yet in the manga. Vegeta was no match against Freeza on full health before he got that wound, Goku on the other still could fight against a roughly equal strength opponent. both still could fight an 1 of them still tried, but couldn't use hands, only head against a roughly equal enemey, the other used tactic 2 fight against stronger enemy, funny is he still failed, while the 1 against a roughly equal 1 won the fight, despite worse wounds. but lets agree 2 disagree

How Piccolo forgot this guy alive? He will tell about what's happened in Earth. I suppose is the moment for Piccolo training hard to grow his level before one saiyan army arrive in Earth, and he will use the Temple's Time Room.
