Dear Mr. President,

Psycho-images and EVP, are phenomena of electronic origin that are recorded by video or audio devices. They are interpreted with very different assumptions by people who are dedicated to their research and study.

However, if we speak of "para-images" or "trans-images" could they really be images of the dead who want to communicate with the world of the living? The truth is that one can not rule out this hypothesis, which would be encompassed in the transcendental theory.

Within parapsychology more rationalist scholars would say that this is a phenomenon caused by the subject's mind, hence the term psycho-image, the result of Pareidolia or apophenia, or simply fraudulent science.

One of the biggest problems is that many of the investigators of such phenomena do not always disclose their results in an unselfish manner. (Due mainly to the enormous cost and time involved in carrying out this ritual to achieve the target). This is something that supports the idea that all of it is for false profit.

DEFINITION:
A phenomenon within transcommunication instruments (such as EVP), included within parapsychological phenomena belonging to the psi-kappa which results in images of unknown origin via closed circuit television, which connecting a video camera to a monitor, produces a feedback phenomenon.

HYPOTHESIS:
Video montages/Photo montages. Radio interference. Images of the afterlife. Inhabitants of other planets. Performance of the researcher's mind as in Pareidolia/apophenia. Fraud. Psychokinesis

NOTES:
It has been discovered recently that "they" might be watching us through television monitors, computers and/or mobile devices, whether they are on or not. (What is also known as Psicomanteum). We know that one second has 24 frames, and to study the phenomenon of Trans-images we must analyze each frame devoting at least 20 seconds each. Assuming we have recorded 25 seconds there are about 600 frames which should be explored. Klaus Schreiber, the creator of the first instrumental transcommunication video reference, had one misfortune after another. First he lost his first wife. After a while he married his second wife and within the period of a few months lost his second wife, his daughter and brother. This prompted him to want contact with the beyond but with no idea how to do it...

(The curious case scenario is that, sometimes, they are almost all real).

(If this were real, it would be very creepy ...)

(Researchers should be eager to do this selflessly...)
