I noticed an increase in unnecessary cruelty among the Silver Blaze troops.
Even cases of sexual assault when the victims are unable to conceive.

Their taskmasters don't seem to object much.

As for being fair...
I regret to say, Humezo's terms of surrender weren't honored..

Instead of keeping his charges alive all of them were raped and slaughtered...

Including the children.
