I totally recommend the anime for someone looking for a few laughs. It is hard to describe, but it kind of has Gintama feel to it. I think there was meant to be a plot but they forgot it in ep 2 and now it is entirely testicle jokes, and villains that look like Team Rocket audition failures fruiting up the place. One of them looks like Slash.

Oh, for One Piece fans: Sainglain is voiced by Zoro’s VA, which makes his cooing over kittens and speedo episode all the more enjoyable. AND! The main villain is voiced by Law’s VA. (Actually the voice actors are a pretty awesome cast in general.)
