Some thing I must to explain... before I tryed translated word habilitacja (habilitatiom proces) I haven't idea, that someting like this don't exist in English higher education:/ so... in Poland (and in Germany probably too)it's normal, that when you want be professor you must finished habilitation process at first and it can take 8-9 years sience you get doctorate.
It's just a little bug, so don't worry Beel-chan^^
