I’ve always wanted a gag like that. Seems like it would be the most effective instead of the ball gag you see all of the time. Not only is it easier on the jaw, but it also adds an extra layer of humiliation.

Believe it it not, the paci gag isn’t that great if a gag. You need a head harness to keep the jaw from opening otherwise you can still open your jaw. The ball gag keeps the mouth open and forces the ball into the mouth keeping the tongue from moving to much. It’s more mental than anything else. Try it yourself! Push a paci in your mouth and just hold it there, you can talk just fine :)
