Salut à tous,

Oui ça fait un bail, non je ne suis pas mort.

Alors j'ai une petite question dont j'aimerai l'avis du peuple. Je compte faire du commerce avec les persos de ma BD (Criminal Card pour les intimes), et je souhaite donc les protéger.

Je me suis légèrement renseigné et j'ai vu que c'était faisable via l'INPI, mais également avec le fameux Copyright. Lequel des deux est le plus fiable d'après vous? Tout en sachant de CR est vachement moins chère et plus connu.

Et encore un truc, est-ce que le fait d'avoir hébergé ma BD sur Amilova me procure déjà une protection (je pense au creative common)? Une protection assez puissante (j'ai l'impression d'être dans Wow là) pour mettre un copieur devant les tribunaux?
